काठमाडौँ । सामान्यतया अभिभावक शिक्षा भन्नाले अभिभावकहरुले आफ्नो बच्चाहरुलाई दिइने शिक्षा, जानकारी, ज्ञान तथा संस्कार भन्ने बुझाई छ हामीहरुमा । वास्तवमा एक अर्थमा कुरा यो पनि हो । तर वृहत र व्यापक ढंगबाट विश्लेषण गर्ने हो भने मूलत : अभिभावक शिक्षालाई तिनवटा दृष्टिकोण बाट हेरिनु आवश्यक छ ।
१. अभिभावकहरुले आफ्ना बच्चाहरुलाई दिइने समय सापेक्ष शिक्षा
२. आफ्ना बच्चाहरु अध्ययनरत विद्यालयले अभिभावकहरु लाई दिइने शिक्षा
३. राज्य वा (सरकार) तथा विभिन्न संघसंस्था, निकायहरुले दिइने शिक्षा

अब हामी तपाईहरु समक्ष उल्लेखित विषयवस्तुमा आधारित भएर तिनीहरुको चर्चा गर्र्नु सान्दर्भिक देखिन्छ ।

१. अभिभावकहरुले आफ्ना बच्चाहरुलाई दिइने समय सापेक्ष शिक्षा:
अभिभावकहरुले आफ्ना बच्चाहरुलाई दिइने समयसापेक्ष शिक्षालाई अभिभावक शिक्षा भनिन्छ । संस्कार घरबाट सिक्नु पर्दछ । संस्कृति घर परिवार हुँदै समाज बाट सिक्ने हो । आफ्ना बच्चाहरुलाई सानै उमेरबाट राम्रो व्यवहार गर्ने, मीठो बोल्ने, सद्भाव, सदाचार, विवेकपूर्ण व्यवहार गर्ने, असल आचरण र अनुशासित एवं मर्यादित व्यवहार गर्ने गर्नु पर्दछ । हामीले बच्चाहरुलाई जस्तो व्यवहार देखायौं, जस्तो व्यवहार ग¥यौं, त्यही सिको गर्दछन् । बालवालिकाहरुले । भनेर भन्दा पनि हामीले गरेर, व्यवहारमा उतारेर बढी सिकाउन र सभ्य बनाउन सक्छौं बच्चाहरुलाई । देखासिकी गरेर आफ्ना बच्चहरुलाई अधिक स्वतन्त्रता दिने , भनेको पु¥याउदै जाने उक्त कुरा चाहे जायज होस वा नाजायज सन्तुलन र सीमामा राखिनु पर्दछ ।

तपाईहरुले बच्चाहरुलाई भनेको सामान किनिदिएर, भनेको मिठो खान दिएर, भनेको कपडा किनिदिएर, भनेको ठाँउमा घुमाउन लगेर भन्दा पनि तपाईहरुले उनीहरुसँग गरेको व्यवहार कृयाकलाप र दृष्टिकोणबाट बढी खुशी र आर्कषित हुन्छन्.। असल व्यक्ति र सीप सृजना युक्त व्यक्तिको महत्व बढी हुन्छ भन्ने दर्शाऔं । आफ्नो सामथ्र्य र क्षमतालाई बच्चाहरु माझ प्रष्ट पार्न होस ताकी उनीहरुले स्पष्ट रुपमा वास्तविकता बुझ्ने छन् । मिठा र गहकिला शब्दहरुको प्रयोग, शिष्टता र शालिनता, सभ्य र सौर्हादपूर्ण व्यवहार तपाइँ हाम्रा बच्चाहरुका प्रेरणाका स्रोत हुन् । हाम्रा कुरा लाद्ने वा सुनाउने भन्दा पनि बच्चाहरुका कुरा सुन्ने परिपाटीको विकास गराऔं । कम्तिमा महिनाको एक पटक घरमा बच्चाहरु सहित सामुहिक छलफल गर्ने वातावरण बनाऔं । र माइन्यूटिङ गरि समिक्षा गरौं ।

बच्चाहरुलाई दण्ड, सजाय, कुटपिट गर्ने भन्दा पनि काममा व्यस्त र अभ्यस्त हुने बानी सिकाऔं । सृजनशिल कार्य गर्न लगाऔं । रमाइलो र रम्ने वातावरण बनाई समय सापेक्ष सक्षम, सबल र चरित्रवान नागरिक वनाउन सहयोग तथा कर्तव्य निर्वाह गरौं । विद्यालयमा समय समयमा गई बच्चाहरुको पठनपाठन, व्यवहार र अवस्था बुझ्ने गरौं । उचित समयमा गरेको जिम्मेवारी पुर्ण, सल्लाह परामर्श र निर्णय तपाई हाम्रा बच्चाहरुको भविष्य निर्माणमा महत्वपूर्ण हुनेछन् ।

२. आफ्ना बच्चाहरु अध्ययनरत विद्यालयहरुले अभिभावकहरुलाई दिइने शिक्षा ।
अर्को अर्थमा अभिभावक शिक्षा भन्नाले आफ्ना बच्चाहरु अध्ययनरत विद्यालयहरुले अभिभावकहरुलाई दिइने शिक्षा भन्ने बुझिन्छ । विद्यालयहरुले बालवालिकालाई एकोहोरो कक्षामा पढाएर मात्र प्रभावकारी सिकाई सम्भव छैन । अहिलेको सन्दर्भमा र समयमा । त्यसैले हरेक विद्यालयहरुले विद्यालय सुधार योजनामै महत्वपूर्ण तत्वको रुपमा रहेका अभिभावकलाई शिक्षित, प्रशिक्षित एवं जिम्मेवार बनाउन अभिभावक शिक्षा समावेश गरिनु आवश्यक छ । अभिभावकहरुले बच्चाहरु प्रति गर्नुपर्ने दायित्व र जिम्मेवारी प्रष्ट पार्न विद्यालयहरुले अभिभावक दिवस, अभिभावक भेला र अभिभावक भेटघाट कार्यक्रम आयोजना गर्नु पर्दछ । राम्रो अभिभावकत्वको लागि हरेक विद्यालयहरुले प्रत्येक परीक्षा पूर्व र परीक्षा पश्चात् अभिभावक छलफल कार्यक्रम राखी बच्चाहरुको अवस्था, समस्या र समाधानका उपाय खोजी, समाधान तिर लाग्न अभिभावकको सहयोग लिनु आवश्यक छ । विद्यालय (शिक्षक), विद्यार्थी र अभिभावकहरुसँगको त्रिपक्षिय सम्बन्धले विद्यालयको उन्नयनमा महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निर्वाह गर्दछ । कक्षागत रुपमा अभिभावक भेटघाट र छलफल गर्दा बढी प्रभावकारी हुन्छ ।

३. राज्य (वा सरकार) तथा विभिन्न संघसंस्था, निकाय हरुले दिइने शिक्षा
राज्य वा सरकार तथा विभिन्न संघसंस्था निकायहरुले अभिभावकको रुपमा जनमानस, विद्यालय र विद्यार्थीहरुलाई दिइने शिक्षालाई अभिभावक शिक्षाको रुपमा बुझिन्छ ।

अहिले जल्दोबल्दो रुपमा देखिएको सञ्चार माध्यममा (रेडियो, एफ.एम., टेलिभिजन, पत्रपत्रिका आदि) मा आउने विज्ञापन, सञ्चार माध्यमको अनुचित प्रयोग र राज्यले
दिन नसकिरहेको समय सापेक्ष शैक्षिक जनशक्ति विकास र व्यवस्थापन चुनौतिपूर्ण बन्दै गइरहेको छ । जसले गर्दा प्रत्येक वर्ष लाखौं विद्यार्थीहरु देश, समाज र घरपरिवार छोडि विदेशिन पुगेका छन् । यो तितो यथार्थ हो । विद्युतिय सञ्चार माध्यमहरुको पहुँच र प्रयोग बढ्दै गइरहेको, राम्रा कुराहरुको प्रयोग भन्दा दुरुपयोग बढ्दै गएको छ हाम्रा बालवालिका हरुमा । प्रविधिको तिव्र विकासले संसार साँघुरिएको छ । चाँहे नेट, इन्टरनेट (फेसबुक, युटुब, गेम आदि) होस्, चाहे फिल्म इण्डष्ट्रिजहरुले निर्माण गर्ने चलचित्र सान्दर्भिक र शिक्षामुलक बनाउन लगाउनु पर्दछ राज्यले । अनावश्यक वेवसाइट, च्यानल, गेम हटाउनु पर्छ राज्यले ।

त्यस्ता कुराले कलिला वालवालिकाहरुको बालमष्तिष्क संक्रमित हुन पुगेको छ अहिलेको सन्दर्भमा । अनि अभिभावकहरु विचलित छन् । शिक्षा सम्बद्ध निकायहरुले पनि अभिभावकहरुलाई आस्वस्त बनाउदै अभिभावक शिक्षालाई जोड दिदै शिक्षामूलक, सन्देशमूलक कार्यक्रहरुको उत्पादन र अनुगमन गरिनुपर्छ । छाडा, उत्ताउलो, भड्किलो र तड्पिलो खालको गीत, नृत्य, श्रव्यदृश्य सामग्रीहरु, विज्ञापन, बजारलाई नियन्त्रण गर्दै छाडा संस्कृति र विकृति हटाउँदै सुसंस्कृति र असल संस्कारको विकास गराउनु पर्दछ । अभिभावकहरुले ढुक्क र त्रासमय वातावरणमा बच्चाहरुको स्कुलिङ्ग हुने वातावरण समाजमा अपेक्षा गरका हुन्छन् । राम्रो अभिभावकत्व गर्न सक्ने नागरिक निर्माण गराऔं ।

यसर्थ बच्चाहरुको व्यक्तित्व विकासमा अभिभावकहरुको महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका हुने हुँदा सम्बन्धित पक्षहरुले समयमै अभिभावक शिक्षालाई प्रभावकारी बनाउनु आवश्यक छ ।
