कोरोना भाइरस (कोभिड–१९) को सङ्क्रमणपछि नेपालका को सबै विद्यालय बन्द छन् । झण्डै पाँच सय विद्यालयमा क्वारेन्टाइन बनाइएको छ । लाखौँ विद्यार्थी तथा शिक्षक झण्डै डेढ महिनादेखि बन्दाबन्दी (लकडाउन) ले घरमै छन् । माध्यमिक शिक्षा परीक्षा (एसईई , कक्षा ११ र १२ का विद्यार्थी परीक्षाको प्रतीक्षामा छन् । अन्य कक्षाका विद्यार्थी नतिजा प्रकाशित हुने र नयाँ कक्षा चढ्ने सुखद सपना पालेर बसेका छन् तर कोरोनाले कसैलाई घरबाहिर निस्कन अनुमति दिएको छैन । कोरोना नियन्त्रणमा आएर सामाजिक दूरी कायम राख्नुपर्ने अवस्था नहटेसम्म कक्षामा औपचारिक पढाइ हुन नसक्ने अवस्था छ । जसले गर्दा यतिबेला विकल्पमा विद्यार्थी तथा शिक्षक प्रविधि मार्फत सिक्ने सिकाउने कुरामा अभ्यस्त हुन थालेका छन् । प्रविधिसित थोरै मित्रता गाँस्न सक्ने र यसमा पहुँच हुने हो भने सङ्कटका बेला पनि सिकाइबाट विमुख हुनुनपर्ने रहेछ भन्ने कुरा यतिबेला धेरैलाई महसुस हुन थालेको छ ।

नतिजा प्रकाशनदेखि सिकाइ प्रविधिबाटै

कोरोना सङ्क्रमण बढ्ने अनुमानपछि धेरै विद्यालयले गत चैत ५ गतेसम्म विद्यार्थीको वार्षिक परीक्षा सकेका थिए । चैत ११ बाट सरकारले बन्दाबन्दी घोषणा ग¥यो । यस बीचमा ती विद्यार्थीको नतिजा प्रकाशित हुनसकेन । वैशाख २ देखि १५ सम्मको भर्ना अभियान पूर्णरूपमा प्रभावित भयो । त्यसपछि पनि विद्यालय खुल्ने सङ्केत नदेखिएपछि बन्दाबन्दीको अवस्थामै नतिजा प्रकाशन, नयाँ कुरा सिक्ने तथा जान्ने कुरामा प्रविधिको सहयोगमा शिक्षाक्षेत्रमा केही काम गरिएको छ । खासगरी लामो समयदेखि विद्यार्थी घरमा बस्दा सिकाइबाट विमुख नहुन् भन्ने हिसाबले विकल्पमा प्रविधिबाट सिकाउने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइएको पाइएको छ । सङ्कटको अवधिमा विद्यार्थीलाई नयाँ कुरा सिकाउनेभन्दा विद्यार्थी तथा अभिभावकसित संवाद जोड्न विद्यालयलाई आग्रह गरिएको थियो । शिक्षा तथा मानव विकास स्रोत केन्द्रका अनुसार नेपालमा १३ प्रतिशत सामुदायिक विद्यालयमा मात्रै इन्टरनेटबाट कामकाज गर्न सकिन्छ । इन्टरनेट को पहँचु ३५ प्रतिशत विद्यालयमा छ तर सबै विद्यालयमा यसको प्रयोग हुनसकेको छैन । विद्यालयमा प्रविधिको पहुँच बढाउनुपर्ने चुनौती भए पनि प्रविधि र वैकल्पिक माध्यम प्रयोग गरेर धेरैजसो विद्यालयले यस बीचमा विद्यार्थीको नतिजा उनीहरूको घरसम्म पु¥याइसकेका छन् । केही विद्यालयको नतिजा पनि यसै साताभित्र प्रकाशित गरिनेछ । नतिजा प्रकाशनका साथै प्रविधिकै प्रयोग गरेर विद्यार्थीको सिकाइलाई निरन्तरता दिन सकिन्छ भन्ने अभ्यास विद्यालयले गरेका छन् । प्रविधिमा पहुँच भएपछि ललितपुरको आदर्श सौल युवक माविले विद्यार्थीलाई अनलाइनबाट पठनपाठन गरायो भने बुटवलको कालिका माविले स्थानीय टेलिभिजनसित समय किनेर दिनको दुई घण्टा पढाउन थाल्यो । यी उदाहरण मात्रै हुन् । धेरै विद्यालय प्रविधिको प्रयोग गरेर विद्यार्थी तथा अभिभावकसित जोडिएका छन् ।

विद्यालयले विद्यार्थीलाई ग्रुपच्याट (समूह कुराकानी) बाट अध्यापन गराउने, विद्यार्थीलाई समूहमा नै प्रश्न पठाइदिएर अध्यापन गराउन सकिने अभ्यास गरेको पाइएको छ । विद्यार्थीले समूहमा नै नजानेको कुरा सोध्ने, समूहमै छलफल गरेर अध्ययन गर्ने गरेको पाइएको छ । यसबाहेक भिडियो कुराकानी, एफएम रेडियो, टेलिभिजन तथा सामाजिक सञ्जालको समेत प्रयोग गरेर विद्यार्थीको सिकाइलाई निरन्तरता दिइएको छ । सङ्कटका बेलामा प्रविधि पनि शिक्षक रहेछ र यसमा पहुँच बढाउनुपर्ने रहेछ भन्ने सन्देश दिएको छ । सरकारले घरमा दिक्क मानेर बसेका विद्यार्थीको सिकाइमा निरन्तरता होस् भनेर अनलाइनबाट नतिजा प्रकाशन गर्दै सिकाइका गतिविधि अघि बढाउन विद्यालयलाई प्रेरित गरेको छ । शिक्षा तथा मानव विकास स्रोत केन्द्रले कक्षा १ देखि ५ सम्मको बालबालिकाका लागि उपयोगी हुने सामग्री विकास गरेर सिक्ने सिकाउने अभियानमा सघाएको छ । निजी विद्यालयले पनि प्रविधिसित आत्मसात गर्दै नतिजा प्रकाशन तथा अनलाइनबाट विद्यार्थीको सिकाइलाई निरन्तरता दिएका छन् ।

घरबाटै हुनसक्ने काम रोक्नुहुँदैन र अब शिक्षाका केही कार्यक्रम अघि बढाउनुपर्छ भनेर धेरै निजी विद्यालयले यही वैशाख १९ गतेसम्म नतिजा प्रकाशित गरिसकेका छन् । नतिजा प्रकाशित गर्न बाँकी रहेका केही विद्यालयलाई वैशाख २५ गते सम्मको समय दिइएको छ । शिक्षाविद् प्रा.डा. विद्यानाथ कोइराला सङ्कटको बेला कक्षाकोठाभन्दा वैकल्पिक उपायबाट पढाउने तरिका सिक्नुपर्ने बताउनुहुन्छ । खुला विश्वविद्यालयका उपकुलपति प्रा.डा. लेखनाथ शर्मा प्रविधिबाट पढाउने कुरा एकखाले अवसर भएको बताउनुहुन्छ । सुरुमा प्रविधिमा केही लगानी गर्ने हो भने पछिल्ला दिनमा यसको सञ्चालन खर्च क्रमशः घट्दै जाने भन्दै विस्तारै यसमा पहुँच बढ्दै जाने विज्ञको भनाइ छ ।

भौतिक कक्षा भर्चअुल बन्दै
 लामो समयदेखि विश्वविद्यालयका कक्षाकोठा बन्द भएपछि त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयले प्रविधि मार्फत विद्यार्थीको सिकाइलाई निरन्तरता दिएको छ । कक्षाकोठामा हुने पढाइ पुनः स्थापित नगरिए पनि विद्यार्थी सितको बन्द संवाद सुरु गर्न अनलाइन कक्षा सहयोगी भएको छ । सहरमा बस्ने तथा प्रविधिमैत्री भएका कारण उच्चशिक्षाको अनलाइन कक्षा प्रभावकारी बन्दैछ । सङ्कट लामो बन्दै गएको अवस्थामा अनलाइन कक्षालाई वैधानिक मानी विद्यार्थीको अन्तिम मूल्याङ्कन गर्ने तयारी गरिएको छ । त्रिविले चार वर्षदेखि अनलाइनबाट एमएड तहको अङ्ग्रेजी र गणित विषयको कक्षा सञ्चालन गरिरहेको थियो । हाल गणितमा १४ र अङ्ग्रेजीमा ३० विद्यार्थीले नलाइनबाट पढिरहेका छन् । अनलाइनबाट ैविद्याथीलार्ई अध्ययन सामग्री तथा गृहकार्य दिने र शिक्षकले मूल्याङ्कन गर्ने र अन्तिममा चार घण्टा परीक्षा गरेर यसको नतिजा प्रकाशित गर्ने अभ्यासमा विश्वविद्यालय छ । त्रिवि खुला तथा दूरशिक्षा अध्ययन केन्द्रका प्रमुख डा. गङ्गाराम गौतमले दूरशिक्षाबाट पढाउने अभ्यासकै आधारमा टेकेर यतिबेला विद्यावारिधि (पीएचडी), मास्टर इन फिलोसोपी (एम.फिल) र केन्द्रीय विभागका स्नातकोत्तर तहमा अनलाइन कक्षा सञ्चालन भइरहेको जानकारी दिनुभयो । स्नातकोत्तर तह अध्यापन गराउने आङ्गिक क्याम्पसमा पनि प्रविधिबाट पढाउन थालिएको छ ।

प्रविधिमा विश्वविद्यालयका आधाभन्दा बढी शिक्षक अभ्यस्त नभए पनि जानेका शिक्षकले पढाउन सुरु गर्ने र बाँकी शिक्षकले सिक्दै जाने नीति अनुसार विश्वविद्यालयमा प्रविधिबाट पढाउन थालिएको हो । कोरोनाका कारण विद्यार्थीको पूरै सेमेस्टर गुम्ने खतरा बढेपछि विश्वविद्यालयले अनलाइन कक्षा प्रारम्भ गरेको हो । ‘सङ्क्रमण धेरै पर जान्छ भन्ने हिसाबले सोचिएको छैन, अहिले भौतिक कक्षालाई भर्चुअल बनाउन खोजिएको हो, पूरै अनलाइनमा पुगिएको होइन’, उहाँ भन्नुहुन्छ । सङ्क्रमण धेरै लम्बिएको अवस्थामा पूरै कक्षा अनलाइन माध्यमबाट सञ्चालन गर्ने त्रिविको योजना छ ।

शिक्षकलाई सक्षम बनाइँदै

सङ्कटका बेलामा सिकाइलाई निरन्तरता दिनुपर्ने भएपछि अब सरकारको शिक्षाक्षेत्रमा प्राथमिकता परिवर्तन हुँदैछ । सङ्क्रमणले प्रभावित पारेको अवस्थामा सिकाइ सामग्रीको उत्पादनमा वृद्धि तथा शिक्षकलाई प्रविधिसित आत्मसात गराउँदै विद्यार्थीको सिकाइलाई निरन्तरता दिने कुरा अबको सरकारको प्राथमिकतामा पर्नुपर्ने देखिन्छ । हाल वार्षिक बजेट निर्माण गर्ने बेला भएकोले सरकारलाई प्रविधिमा फड्को मार्ने एउटा सुखद अवसर बन्न सक्छ । यसअघि शिक्षकलाई सूचना प्रविधि सम्बन्धी तालिम उपलब्ध गराए पनि प्रविधिको प्रयोग गरेर विद्यार्थीलाई पढाउन सक्ने गरी क्षमता शिक्षकमा विकास हुनसकेको छैन । यो अवस्थामा शिक्षकलाई अनलाइनबाट कक्षा लिन सक्ने र विद्यार्थीमा पनि यसको पहुँच विस्तार गर्नु जरुरी छ । सामुदायिक विद्यालयमा अध्यापन गराउनेमध्ये एक प्रतिशत शिक्षक मात्र प्रविधिसित जोडिएर पढाउने सक्ने भए पनि शिक्षकको क्षमता अभिवृद्धिका कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्नैपर्ने देखिन्छ । कोरोनाले मानिसका बीचमा सामाजिक दूरी कायम गर्नुपर्ने अवस्था सिर्जना गरे पनि प्रविधिसित भने झनै नजिक बनाइदिएको छ ।
