निजी विद्यालयहरुको संस्था प्याब्सन र एन प्याब्सन देशभरका निजी विद्यालयको प्रशासन बन्द गर्नेसहितका आन्दोलन थालेका छन् । दुवै संस्थाले संयुक्त विज्ञप्ति जारी गर्दै श्रावण १ गतेदेखी लागु हुने गरी विद्यालय बन्दको घोषणा गरेका हुन् ।

मन्त्रालयमा गत २१ गते भएको भद्र सहमतिबाट निकास नआएको र थप अन्यौल बढ्दै गएकाले विद्यालय बन्द गर्नुपरेको विज्ञप्तिमा उल्लेख गर्दै शिक्षक कर्मचलाईलाई बेतलबी बिदा दिने निर्णय गरेका छन् । आर्थिक तथा व्यवसायिक संकट आइपरेकोले अनिश्चिताबीच विद्यालयका प्रशासनिक कार्यालयहरु खोलि गतिविधि सञ्चालन गर्नु भन्दा कार्यालय बन्द गरि बस्नु नै उचित विकल्प रहेको विज्ञप्तिमा जनाइएको छ ।

ति संस्थाहरुले नेपाल सरकारले २०७६ साल चैत्र महिनामा घोषणा गरेको राहत प्याकेजमा निजी विद्यालयहरुले एक महिनाको शुल्क छुट गर्नुपर्ने कुरालाई समेत हृदयंगम गरि सरकारको हरेक क्रियाकलापमा सहयोग गरेपनि सरकारबाट सहयोग नपाएको उनीहरुको आरोप छ ।

यस शैक्षिक सत्रमा विद्यालय नखुल्दाको अवधिको ११ महिनाको मासिक शुल्क बाहेक सेवा उपलब्ध नगराएको शीर्षकमा लकडाउन अवधिभर शुल्क तिर्नु नपर्ने प्रष्ट पार्दै अभिभावकलाई आर्थिक अवस्था अनुसार शुल्क तिर्न आव्हान गरिएकोमा सरकारले निजी क्षेत्रको योगदान र महत्वलाई वास्ता नै नगरेको आरोप लगाइएको छ ।

प्याब्सन र एनप्याब्सनले संस्थाले गत असार १९ गतेभित्र आफूहरुका माग पूरा गर्न अल्टिमेटम दिएकोमा मन्त्रालयको आश्वासनपछि आन्दोलन स्थगित भएको थियो ।

प्याब्सन एनप्याब्सन आन्दोलनबाट देशभर करिब १० हजार बढी विद्यालयमा कार्यरत २ लाख ५० हजार शिक्षक कर्मचारीमा असर पर्ने तथा ती विद्यालयमा अनलाइन, अफलाइन, भर्चुअल लगायतका विधिबाट अध्ययन गर्दै आएका विद्यार्थीहरु प्रभावित हुने देखिएको छ ।
