कोरियामा थप सङ्क्रमितको सङ्ख्या बढेपछि सयौँ विद्यालयहरू बन्द

कोरोनाभाइरसको सङ्क्रमण शुक्रबार पाँच महिनाको उच्च स्तरमा पुगेपछि देशभरका ८४९ विद्यालयहरू बन्द भएका छन् । महामारीका कारण यस पहिले ८३८ विद्यालय बन्द भएका भएपछि कोरोनाभाइरस नियन्त्रणतर्फ गएको भनी लगभग सबै विद्यालयमा पुनः पठनपाठन गत मे २० देखि सञ्चालन गरिएको दक्षिण कोरियाको शिक्षा मन्त्रालयले ताएको छ ।

पछिल्ला केही हप्ता यता सङ्क्रमण दर बढेसँगै विद्यालयहरूमा विद्यार्थी आउन कम भएको थियो । यसै परिवेशलाई ध्यानमा राख्दै ती विद्यालयहरू अर्को सूचना नभएसम्मका लागि बन्द भएका हुन् ।

सारङजेल चर्च रहेको सियोलको उत्तरी क्षेत्र सिअनबुकमा मात्र करिब ८० विद्यालय बन्द भएका छन् । त्यस्तै गाङबुकमा ४० विद्यालयहरू बन्द भएका छन् । उक्त चर्च वरपरका क्षेत्रमा शुक्रबारसम्म सङ्क्रमित हुनेको सङ्ख्या ७३२ पुगेको र सावधानीका लागि विद्यालयहरू बन्द गरिएको बताइएको छ ।।

दक्षिण कोरियाको गेओङजी प्रान्तको योङ्जिन र पाजु तथा बन्दरगाह शहर बुसनमा पनि सङ्क्रमण नियन्त्रणका उपायस्वरूप विद्यालयहरू बन्द भएका छन् । सियोलमा २४ घण्टाको अन्तरालमा बुधबार सात विद्यार्थी तथा तीन शिक्षक गरी १० व्यक्ति सङ्क्रमित बनेपछि सङ्क्रमण फैलिएका शहर तथा गाउमासमेत विद्यालयहरू बन्द हुन थालेका हुन् ।

दक्षिण कोरियामा विगत २४ घण्टामा थप ३२४ सङ्क्रमित भएका पुष्टि भएको छ । लगातार आठौँ दिन सङ्क्रमितको सङ्ख्या तीन अङ्क देखिएको हो । गत मार्च ८ पछि पहिलो पटक ३०० भन्दा बढी व्यक्ति सङ्क्रमित भएपछि सरकारले नियन्त्रणका थप उपायहरूलाई ल्याएको बताइएको छ । दक्षिण कोरियामा अहिलेसम्म सङ्क्रमितको सङ्ख्या १६ हजार ६७० रहेको छ भने ३०९ सङ्क्रमितको मृत्यु भएको छ ।

चीनको वुहानबाट सङ्क्रमण फैलिएपछि यसको प्रभाव दक्षिण कोरिया तथा जापानमा देखिएको भएपनि पहिलो चरणमा यसलाई नियन्त्रण गर्न ती दुबै एशियाली मुलुकहरू सफल भएका थिए । तर सङ्क्रमण पुनः देखिन थालेपछि दुबै मुलुकले उपचारको साथसाथै रोकथामका कडा उपायहरूलाई अवलम्वन गरेका छन् ।
