कोरोना महामारीको सङ्क्रमण फैलिन सक्ने डरले विश्वविद्यालय तथा शैक्षिक प्रतिष्ठानले परीक्षा गर्न नसकेर शैक्षिकसत्र नै हटाउने कि आन्तरिक मूल्याङ्कनका आधारमा परीक्षाफल प्रकाशन गर्ने भन्नेमा अन्योल भइरहेका बेला लुम्बिनी बौद्ध विश्वविद्यालयले भने घरघरमा परीक्षा कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत आफ्ना विद्यार्थीको परीक्षा सञ्चालन गरेको छ ।

विश्वविद्यालयले स्नातकोत्तर र स्नातक तहको परीक्षा आइतबारदेखि सञ्चालन गरेको हो । स्नातकोत्तर तहमा सङ्गीत र पुरातत्व विषयका परीक्षा सञ्चालन भइरहेका छन् । यस्तै स्नातक तहमा कानून, बौद्धदर्शन र भोट विषयमा परीक्षा भइरहेका छन् । कानूनतर्फ मात्रै पहिलो सेमेष्टरका ८५ विद्यार्थी परीक्षामा सहभागी भएका छन् । परीक्षामा शतप्रतिशत विद्यार्थीको सहभागिता छ ।

विश्वविद्यालयले घरघरमा परीक्षाको अवधारणानुसार परीक्षा सञ्चालन गरेको विश्वविद्यालयका रजिष्ट्रार डा तिलक आचार्य बताउँछन् । उनले भने,‘ हामीले धेरै अध्ययन र अनुसन्धान गर्यौं र घरघरमा परीक्षा ‘डोर टु डोर परीक्षा’ को अवधारणा लिएका हौंँ ।’

उनका अनुसार क्लष्टर छुट्याई आइपर्न सक्ने समस्याको विश्लेषण गरेर परीक्षा केन्द्र तोकी घरघरमा परीक्षा सञ्चालन गरिएको छ । ‘यस्तो महामारीका समयमा परीक्षामा सहभागी हुने विद्यार्थी, शिक्षक, कर्मचारी कसैमा पनि समस्या आइहालेमा के गर्ने भन्ने तयारीका साथ परीक्षा सञ्चालन गरेका छौं ।’ उनले भने, ‘हामीले अस्पताल र मुख्य राजमार्ग नजीक भएको, खुला र ठूला भवन भएको ठाउँलाई केन्द्र तोकेका छौंँ । विद्यार्थीहरु जहाँं छन्, त्यहीँ बसेर परीक्षा दिने वातावरण बनाएका छौँ ।’

स्वास्थ्यलाई ध्यानमा राख्दै विद्यार्थी जहाँ छन् त्यहीँ नै परीक्षा सञ्चालन गर्दा केही खर्चिलो भए तापनि विश्वविद्यालयका लागि उपलब्धिमूलक रहेको डा आचार्यले बताए । उनले भने, ‘एकै परीक्षा केन्द्रमा हुन सक्ने परीक्षा पाँच जिल्लाका आठ वटा सेन्टरमा लिइरहेका छौंँ ।’

लुम्बिनी, काठमाडौँ, कपिलवस्तु, नवलपरासी, बुटवल, अर्घाखाँची र हुम्लामा परीक्षा केन्द्र तोकेर परीक्षा सञ्चालन गरिएको विश्वविद्यालयले जनाएको छ । विश्वविद्यालयले केही दिनमै बिबिटिटिएमको परीक्षा गर्ने गरी सूचनासमेत प्रकाशन गरिसकेको छ ।

विश्वविद्यालयले नयाँ ढाँचाको परीक्षा सञ्चालन गरेर अन्योललाई चिरेको शिक्षाविद् बालकृष्ण भट्टराई बताउँछन् । उनले परीक्षा सञ्चालनका विषयमा सबै विश्वविद्यालय अन्योलमा रहेको र लाखौँ विद्यार्थी परीक्षा होला कि नहोला भनेर चिन्तित रहेका अवस्थामा भौतिक दूरी कायम गरेर लिइएको परीक्षा प्रभावकारी देखिएको बताउँछन् ।

स्नातकोत्तर तहमा अनलाइन(अभौतिक) र स्नातक तहमा भौतिक माध्यमबाट परीक्षा सञ्चालन गरिएको विश्वविद्यालयका परीक्षा नियन्त्रक सिद्धिश्वरमान श्रेष्ठले बताए । परिक्षा नियन्त्रक श्रेष्ठले सेनेटाइजर, मास्क र पञ्जा प्रयोग गरेर एउटा केन्द्रमा बढीमा १५ जनासम्म राखी परीक्षा सञ्चालन गरिएको बताए। उनले भने, ‘जहांँ विद्यार्थी त्यहीँ परीक्षा सञ्चालन गरेका छौंँ । हुम्लामा एक जना विद्यार्थी छन्, उनको त्यहीँ नै स्थानीय क्याम्पससंँग समन्वय गरेर परीक्षा लिएका छौंँ ।’ हुम्लाका विद्यार्थी खड्क जैसीले मानसरोवर बहुमुखी क्याम्पसको केन्द्रबाट परीक्षा दिइरहेका छन् । बौद्ध विश्वविद्यालयले मानसरोवर बहुमुखी क्याम्पसका प्रमुख वसन्त रोकायलाई परीक्षा केन्द्राध्यक्षको जिम्मेवारी दिएको छ ।
