    अधिकांश समय निमित्त पदाधिकारीको भरमा रहेको यहाँको कृषि तथा वन विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालयको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा तालाबन्दी भएको दुई महिना पुग्नै लाग्दासम्म खुल्न सकेको छैन । पदाधिकारीको अभावमा विश्वविद्यालय अस्तव्यस्त बन्दै गएको छ ।

    विश्वविद्यालयको नेपाल राष्ट्रिय कर्मचारी सङ्गठनको नेतृत्वमा अस्थायी र करार कर्मचारीहरु सहितले विश्वविद्यालयमा साउन १२ गते तालाबन्दी गरेका हुन् । उनीहरुले केन्द्रीय कार्यालयसँगै कृषि र भेटेरिनरी सङ्कायमा पनि तालाबन्दी गरेका छन् । सङ्गठनका अध्यक्ष अचल शाक्यले त्यहाँ कार्यरत २४ करार कर्मचारीलाई स्थायी र ८५ ज्यालादारी कर्मचारीलाई करारसहितका विभिन्न माग राख्दै तालाबन्दी गरिएको बताए ।

    हाल उपकुलपतिको जिम्मेवारी पाएका डा शारदा थपलियाले आफ्नो अधिकारबाहिर गएर अन्य सबै काम गरेको भए पनि आफ्ना मागहरु सम्बोधन गर्ने विषयमा अनुदार भएकै कारण तालाबन्दी गर्नुपरेको शाक्यको भनाइ छ ।

    यता थपलियाले अहिले तत्काल सङ्गठनको माग सम्बोधन गर्न नसकिने जानकारी दिए। उनले भने, “नेपाल सरकारको नीति नियमले उनीहरुले भने जस्तो गरी माग सम्बोधन गर्न सकिँदैन, यस विषयमा वार्ताका लागि अनुसन्धान निर्देशक डा नवराज देवकोटाको संयोजकत्वमा समिति बनाइएको छ तर उनीहरू वार्ता गर्न आउनुुभएको छैन ।” सो विश्वविद्यालयमा एक वर्षअघि दैनिक काम काज गर्ने गरी जिम्मेवारी पाएका थपलियाले नै उपकुलपतिको काम गर्दै आएका छन् ।
