इसिडिका शिक्षकलाई श्रम ऐन अनुसारको तलब सुविधा लागु गर्छु : नवराज सञ्जेल

नेकपा एमालेका तर्फबाट बागमती गाउँपालिकाका अध्यक्षका उम्मेदवार नवराज सञ्जेलले इसिडिका शिक्षक र कर्मचारीहरु लाई श्रम ऐन अनुसारको तलब सुविधा लागु गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता जनाउनुभएको छ ।

आफु निर्वाचित भए पछि हरेक सामुदायिक विद्यालयका शिशु कक्षामा अध्यापनरत शिक्षक र कार्यरत अन्य कर्मचारीहरुलाई न्यूनतम १५ हजार तलब सुविधा दिनुपर्ने निर्णय गरेकोमा बागमतीमा कार्यान्वयन नभएकोले उक्त प्रतिवद्धता जाहेर गर्नुभएको हो ।

सञ्जेलले भन्नुभयो, “जोडिएको महाकांल गाउँपालिकाले इसिडिमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीहरुलाई १५ हजार तलब दिने संघीय सरकारको निर्णय कार्यान्वयन गरेकोमा बागमती गाउँपालिकाका तत्कालिन अध्यक्षले नियतबस कार्यान्वयन गर्नुभएन । गाउँपालिकाले दिइरहेको जम्मा ६ हजार रुपिया मासिक तलब भनेको शिक्षक र कर्मचारीमाथि श्रम शोषण हो । शिक्षाजस्तो गम्भीर विषयमा संवेदनशील हुन नसक्नु अत्यन्तै लज्जास्पद विषय हो ।”

उम्मेदवार सञ्जेलले शिक्षा क्षेत्र नै विकासको पहिलो आधार भएकोले शिक्षा क्षेत्र आफ्नो पहिलो प्राथमिकता हुने जानकारी दिनुभयो । इसिडिमा तलबसुविधा बढाउने निर्णयसँगै त्यहा पढ्ने बालबालिकाहरुको लागि आवश्यक सबै शिक्षण सामग्री प्रदान गर्नेतर्फ आफ्नो जोड हुने उहाँको भनाई थियो ।

सुशासन, मानवीय विकास, पूर्वाधार विकास र आर्थिक व्यवस्थापन स्थानीय तह मेरुदण्ड भएकोले आफ्नो कार्यकालमा सोही विषयहरुलाई महत्व दिने सञ्जेलको कथन थियो ।
