हाल रहेको गठबन्धन सरकारले संविधानलाई क्षतविक्षत बनाइरहको आरोप लगाउनुभएको छ । नेकपा एमाले ललितपुरको निर्वाचन परिचालन समिति घोषणा कार्यक्रममा सम्बोधन गर्दै एमालेका तर्फबाट ललितपुर क्षेत्र नं ३ का प्रतिनिधिसभाका उम्मेदवार खड्काले उक्त कुरा बनाउनुभएको हो ।

खड्काले भन्नुभयो, “दल टुक्राउन ४० प्रतिशतको संवैधानिक व्यवस्था रहेकोमा कुनै पार्टी वा संसदीय दल २० प्रतिशत संख्या दल फोर्न सक्ने अध्यादेश केही घण्टाका लागि ल्याएर एमालेलाई टुक्राइसकेपछि अध्यादेश खारेज गर्नेले संविधानलाई क्षत्विक्षत बनाउदा पनि एमालेलाई आरोप लगाउनु कहासम्म उचित छ ? पूर्वाग्रहका आधारमा प्रधानन्यायधिसलाई महाअभियोग मुद्दा महिनौसम्म अड्काएर संसद सकिएपछि पनि नजरबन्द राख्ने प्रयास गर्नु संविधानमाथिको ठूलो प्रहार हो । त्यसैले गठबन्धन सरकारलाई विदा गर्नैपर्छ ।”

परमादेशमार्फत गठबन्धन सरकार निर्माण भएपश्चान् कयौं पटक संविधान ध्वस्त बनाइएकोमा चिन्ता व्यक्त गर्दै खड्काले निर्वाचनमार्फत एमालेलाई बहुमत दिइ विकास र सुशासनलाई कायम राख्ने सरकार बनाउन जनतालाई आग्रह गर्नुभयो ।

सम्बोधनका क्रममा उम्मेदवार खड्काले ललितपुरमा केही बर्षमा हस्तकलाका क्षेत्रमा ५ देखी १० हजार व्यावसायिक रोजगारी दिनसक्ने अवस्था रहेको जानकारी दिनुभयो । खड्काले आफु निर्यात व्यवसायी महासंघको उपाध्यक्ष हुँदै गर्दा हस्तकलाको घट्दो व्यापारलाई उकासेर रोजगारी र व्यावसायिकता प्रदान गर्ने योजना सांसद भएपछि अझ सहज हुने र योजना कार्यान्वयन गर्ने वातावरण बन्ने भनाई राख्नुभयो ।

कार्यक्रममा नेकपा एमालेकी पोलिटब्यूरो सदस्य तथा ललितपुर इञ्चार्ज सुशिला नेपालको संयोजक तथा केन्द्रीय सदस्यहरु हरिकृष्ण व्यञ्जनकार तथा बाबुराम तथा सहसंयोजक रहने गरी निर्वाचन परिचालन समिति गठन गरिएको थियो । कार्यक्रममा ललितपुरमा रहको ३ वटै क्षेत्रका प्रतिनिधिसभा, प्रदेश सभाका तथा जिल्लाबाट प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने समानुपातिक सांसदका उम्मेदवारहरुलाई परिचय गराइएको थियो ।

उक्त कार्यक्रममा ललितपुर क्षेत्र नं १ का उम्मेदवार निवर्तमान सांसद नवराज सिलवाल तथा क्षेत्र नं २ का उम्मेदवार प्रेमबहादुर महर्जनले आफ्नो भनाई राख्नुभएको थियो ।
