महांकालमा किसान आन्दोलित, गाउँपालिकाद्धारा पत्रकारलाई समाचार संकलनमा रोक

साउन १९, ललितपुर ।

ललितपुरको महांकाल गाउँपालिका दुधमा लगाइएपछि किसानहरु आन्दोलित भएका छन् । गाउँपालिकाको कार्यालयमा दुधमा गाउँपालिकाले लगाउन खोजेको करको विरुद्धमा आज किसानले गाउँपालिका घेराउसहित धर्ना दिएका हुन् ।

गाउँपालिकाले उत्पादित दुधमा प्रतिलिटर २० पैसा कर लगाएपछि पशुपालक किसान आन्दोलित भएका हुन् । आन्दोलनका क्रममा शुक्रबार निर्णय फिर्ताका लागि धर्नामा बसेका किसानलाई समेत पालिकाभित्र प्रवेशमा रोक लगाएपछि आन्दोलनकारी किसान र प्रहरीबीच झडपको स्थिति समेत सिर्जना भएको थियो । त्यसपछी आन्दोलनकारी पालिका भवनको गेट नाघेर पालिका परिसरमा जबर्जस्ति प्रवेश गरेका थिए ।

किसानको धर्नापश्चात् आन्दोलनरत किसान महासंघ पक्ष र गाउँपालिका पक्षबीच समस्या समाधानका लागि छलफल भए तापनी गाउँपालिका प्रमुख गणेश केसी निर्णयबाट पछि नहट्ने बताए । विरोध प्रदर्शन गर्ने किसानको एक टोलीसँग गाउँपालिका अध्यक्ष गणेश केसीले यसअघि धेरै निर्णयमा पछि हटेकोले अब दुधमा कर लगाएरै छाड्ने बताए ।

अध्यक्ष केसीले अडान नछाडेपछि किसान महासंघले थप आन्दोलनका कार्यक्रम घोषणा गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ । विरोध प्रदर्शनपछि अबको थप आन्दोलनका स्वरुपबारे छिटै महासंघको बैठक बसेर जानकारी गराईने महासंघका केन्द्रीय सदस्य चित्रराज तिमल्सिनाले बताए ।

महासंघ ललितपुरका अध्यक्ष रामहरी घिमिरेले किसानलाई मारमा पारेर कर लिने निर्णय कतै नभएको भन्दै विभिन्न ऐनको हवाला दिएर किसानमारा नीति ल्याउनु हास्यास्पद भएको जिकिर गरे ।

एमाले महाङ्काल गाउँ कमिटी अध्यक्ष पुरुषोत्तम हुमागाईँले अन्य स्थानीय तहमा किसानलाई सहुलियत ऋण र अनुदानका कार्यक्रम आउँदा महाङ्कालमा दूध र तरकारीमै कर लगाउनु लाजमर्दो र दुखद भएको बताए ।

गाउँपालिकाले पत्रकारलाई समाचार संकलनमा रोक लगाएको छ । किसान महासंघको धर्ना कार्यक्रम तथा गाउँपालिकाको धारणाबारे समाचार सङ्कलन गर्न पुगेका पत्रकार सन्तोष दहाल लगायतका पत्रकारलाई लाई प्रहरी प्रशासन लगाएर गेटबाट प्रवेश गर्नसमेत रोक लगाईएको थियो ।

कार्यक्रमको समाचार सङ्कलन गरि गाउँपालिका प्रमुख गणेश केसी लगायतको राय लिनका लागि जान लागेका दहाल सहितका सञ्चारकर्मीलाई गेटमा तैनाथ गरिएका प्रहरीले “तपाइँहरु एकपक्षीय पत्रकार हो रे, माथिबाट छिर्न नदिनु भन्ने आदेश छ “ भन्ने बेतुकको तर्क गर्दै प्रवेश गर्न दिएनन् । गाउँपालिकाले लगाएको करको विषयमा गाउँपालिकाको आधिकारिक धारणा सहित सन्तुलित समाचार लेखिरहँदा पनि एकपक्षीय पत्रकार भनेर प्रहरी र गाउँपालिकाका कर्मचारीलाई अध्यक्षले भन्न लगाउनु निरंकुशता पराकाष्ठा रहेको पत्रकार दहालले बताए ।
